1. Using the dashboard

The dashboard is for authorised restaurant staff only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.

2. Orders and payments

Orders placed through the system are confirmed once payment or a pay-at-venue option is recorded. Prices and tax are set in Settings.

3. Reservations and cancellations

Reservations are held for 15 minutes after the booked time. Cancel at least two hours ahead to avoid a no-show note on the guest record.

4. Offers and coupons

Each coupon is valid until its expiry date and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the dashboard means you accept the latest version.
